Account Overview
Account brings together your personal information, sign-in security, plan, billing, shared links, and saved templates. Open it from the user menu while you are in Spleen. Use these chapters to update your profile, understand how you sign in, protect your account, compare plans, and manage a subscription. Saved project templates are documented under **Projects → Project Templates**, even though Library members manage them from Account.
Open the user menu and choose Account to manage the details and services connected to your Spleen account. On a wide screen, choose an area from the list on the left. On a smaller screen, the areas appear one below another.
What is in Account
Personal Info contains the details you can change, including your display name, avatar, country, and bio. Your email address appears here for reference but cannot currently be changed in Spleen.
Account is a summary of the account itself. It shows whether the account and email address are verified, your current plan and billing state, and a partly hidden account ID. The account ID can help the support team identify the right account without exposing your other details.
The remaining areas are organised by task:
- Plan & billing shows your current plan, billing state, and available subscription controls.
- Password & 2FA shows password and two-step verification controls for a password account. For a provider-only account, this area is called Sign-in and shows the connected provider instead.
- Shared links lists the documents and projects you are currently sharing.
- Templates manages your saved project templates. It appears when your plan includes custom templates or when you still have templates saved from earlier Library access.
The Account area also contains Your data, where you can download your writing and account details, and the permanent account deletion control.
